I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Chemical and Process Engineering and have teaching experience at both secondary and university levels. Currently, I work as a Science Teacher at Birchfield Independent Girls’ School, where I deliver AQA GCSE Combined Science: Trilogy (Chemistry, Physics and Biology), perform laboratory practicals, and manage the school’s science lab. I also previously served as an Academic Instructor at the University of Peradeniya, mentoring students and delivering hands-on lab sessions in chemical engineering. I bring strong subject knowledge, clear communication skills, and a passion for making science accessible and enjoyable. My teaching style is student-centered, supportive, and interactive. For online tutoring, I use visual tools, real-life examples, and step-by-step explanations to make complex scientific concepts easy to understand.
