We will work together over a 7-10 week programme, starting with a free online session to establish where you are and what you want to get from your coaching sessions. From there I will tailor a programme for you to get the most from each weekly or fortnightly session. We will look at key areas of your life, areas where you need support and then rank these in order of importance. We will set mini goals each time and these will be check at the start of the next session to make sure you stay on track. It will be hard work, but also fun and people really enjoy the feeling of working with a coach, seeing results and hearing feedback. The only stopping you from moving forward is you!!
