After every session one can see the changes in themselves, before and after the session immediately.
Class plan mainly includes, asanas, pranayama and meditation.
And also includes yoga nidra, trataka.
If students are interested in theoretical part of yoga, they would be taught the same as well.
The classes are more focused on being aware of one's breath and be in the moment and work on improving with every little step.
I teach Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga, depending on what is necessary for the students, the classes are very flexible.
Priority would be given on what is important for the students well being and depending on what one is looking for.
Continuity and commitment is very important to see the results in a long run.
