I highly recommend Eat Sense to anyone who is looking to learn more about the wonderful world of food. I was enlightened to many different foods, cooking methods and clever techniques, and through some fun food tests I have discovered various tastes and styles which has made cooking and food shopping so much more enjoyable and exciting. The course was almost therapeutic in its approach and was delivered so authentically and with such passion by Red, that I found myself eagerly looking forward to my next session. Eat Sense has helped me to understand my body and its needs, being conscious of my food choices and connecting mindfully with the food I was eating and how it made me feel both physically and emotionally.
