I am working as a cook for the last 14 years. I have 7 years of experience as a cook from c-b-a-sous chef and 7 years active as a head chef. I have studied in public culinary school in Greece and have worked in many successful ALA carte restaurants and hotels. I can teach, Greek-Mediterranean Cuisine, French, Italian, Asian, American, Mexican and Arabic cuisine. I can help you learn how to cook creative, unique flavoured meals, in the right way, using the right ingredients and make you feel the passion for cooking and willing to learn more and more about the culinary art. In a few words I can make you a capable cook ready to cook for your family and for people you love. And even help someone to become professional cook with the right amount of lessons depending on the case. I have practiced many skills in all those years of my experience in many different types and styles of cuisines. I can teach someone cook at home, or even in a professional kitchen. Techniques such us sous vide and other modern ways of cooking from zero to perfection may be used and be teached to you, always depending on your needs and on the appliances we have available for every lesson.
