I can teach students how to do various slight and hard 'Aasanas', step by steps. I train them do various stretching exerises that prepare them to do aasanas easily. I can impart the theoritical aspects related to each aasana, so that the learners can easily get mind set necessary to continue with Yoga. Usually I never miss teaching my students the theoritical aspects of 'yogaasanaas', the ancient yogic wisdom. It is always very important to teach a yoga student the medicinal effect of aasanas on human body and mind, the merit and demerit of each aasana on persons suffereing from physical illness, the science of who can do Yoga and who are forbidden doing Yoga.
'Praaa yaama', the science of creating vital energy flow all through the body is yet another very important part of Yoga. This is both an art and a skill to be developed by a yoga student. It elevates the practitioner to the next higher level from aasanas. Yoga is incomplete without learning this science.
Meditation, ofcourse, is yet another inalienable part of yoga, which relates soul to the ultimate and shows one all the answers to one's questions in the day to day life. There are a lot more like mudras, kriyas that add fuel to the sublime experience of yoga.
Yoga can be taught both online and offline. each one has its prose and cones. The students are free to select the one mode which suits them.
