From a basic need to eat, to the pleasure of enjoying it
my lessons range from budgeting for buying food to cooking it
I can travel or we can do online, video like or whatsapp.

After many years of teaching or passing knowledge through my work, I do value my time and yours.
With my strengths due to over 35 years cooking, I have worked in restaurants, hotels, events, pubs, care homes, schools, uni...

The range of my clients has been from children to residents in care homes, from guests in a wedding to a birthday party, cooking for employees in law or bank offices to militaries in barracks, from a barbaque for 300 people to a Christmas dinner for 3,000 guests.
