I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Limerick in Sociology, Philosophy, Psychology and Economics. I have also worked for several years as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Life Coach.
I have always told my clients that their mental and emotional state is just as important as their physical state. And one way to cope during busy and stressful times is to find balance, listen to and understand your thoughts and emotions and learn to accept where you are right now.
When you better understand yourself and what's going on inside, you are more equipped to deal with everything that happens on the outside.
For many people, they let their environment affect their inner state. But the emotionally intelligent person creates a more stable inner environment, thus they do not let outside stressors get the better of them.
