I am a student with an A in Geography Alevel and a 9 (A**) in Geography GCSE. I am English and lived in England for 16 years so I have experience with the English school system. I currently live in Qatar so I also have experience with international exam boards. I prefer to use zoom for lessons. However, I can use any online platform. During the first lesson, I will learn about your learning style and your exam board. After this, I will research your syllabus and prepare resources for our next lesson. I will then create lesson plans and tell you prior to each lesson the equipment you will need eg. a pen, paper, laptop, ruler or pencil. Most of my lessons will be focused on me teaching you on your weaknesses. Sometimes I may require you to do activities or questions in which I will mark and provide you feedback according to your syllabus mark schemes. Other times we will do questions together and I will prepare model answers for you. I have previous tutoring experience throughout my schools. I currently teach lower year groups including year and 12. I have also created resources for them in which they use. Many of the students I have tutored have basic English skills. Therefore, as a native speaker whilst in our Geography lessons I will also aim to improve your conversational English skills.
