About me

My lessons are designed to inspire and give confidence to cooks of all levels. Delivered over Zoom, students receive a list of ingredients, prep instructions and an equipment list needed for the class. During the class we cook together in our respective kitchens in real-time, as i talk you through each stage of the preparation of the dish, using face on and overhead cameras.
