As a teacher I know that navigating your child's education can be overwhelming.That's why I am always on hand to listen and support by providing feedback on progress, making recommendations, and tailoring lessons and work that help children and stretch and challenge them everyday. By encouraging curiosity, aspiration and resilience in the face of mistakes, I want to help children to unlock the joy of learning. I aim to celebrate every achievement and the effort in getting
there no matter the journey. When a child encounters a tricky topic I am able to spend focused time on that area allowing myself as the tutor to coach the concept and if children continue to struggle I space the learning and take a break from it for a while and then revisit that concept later. I also check for retention of skills and at regular intervals I will revisit previously mastered concepts to check that your child still has a strong understanding in that area. I want to inspire children and build strong relationships so children become fearless learners.
