Absolutely love attending any kind of yoga Niki teaches - her warm vinyasa classes are a staple for me each week and its fully because of the mind/body connection approach she takes. She always includes adaptations to poses where possible which makes her classes really inclusive - something I really appreciated after a back injury. Niki is so supportive and encourages you to feel into what is right for you which makes practicing yoga feel so natural and for me, serves as a way to tap back into myself after having to mentally seperate for work/other dependencies. Having wanted to try aerial yoga for years, I attended an aerial class Niki held and couldn't believe how accessible the positions were not to mention how much fun it was exploring the practice in a small group. You can tell Niki doesn't box herself in and is open to experiencing life fully - yoga has changed my life and I'm grateful she was the one to introduce me properly to it. Thanks for being you Niki!
