I then use an individual format based on the client to develop an adequate workout plan.

We would discuss the individual’s fitness journery, challenges and preferences.
I then use an individual format based on the client to develop an adequate workout plan.
Each session would consist of different workouts depending on the clients capacity and goals.
For example, 15 minutes of the session would be dedicated to some form of cardio (running, jogging, brisk walking). We would then move on to weight training for a specific area of the body, like glutes or arms.
Then the session would end with a stretch and decompression.
These sessions would be conducted either online/in person depending on preference.
After 4 weeks a review would be conducted to track the clients progress and tweak their fitness plan.
