Natalie Saunders

I am a native English speaker. Alongside this I have worked in a range of placements/ experiences and environments and met lots of different children and professionals. I like to use a child-led learning approach where I will take the time to listen and work to the needs of the child, in a safe and trusting relationship. I am more than happy to provide challenges for students as well as make adaptations to suit learning styles of each child and every session will be catered towards this. Currently I am working towards my qualified teaching status in England, by working in a range of primary schools across from the Norfolk area. I will work across a range of formats which is linked to children's own learning experience at school to mark sure continuity is provided.
I have also worked with lots of EAL children (English as an Additional Language), so I have a great understanding of how to work with children and families in this need.

My lessons will be planned throughly and will happily work alongside family to ensure all lessons are time effective and fulfil learning goals. I will also engage in children's interests to help them learn in a efficient way to make sure they understand the content being taught. I have many skills that I uphold and will love to work alongside children to develop these further. I am most confident working with children ages 5-11 years with spelling, speaking, reading, comprehension, writing and many other skills needed to progress onto a successful English education.
