I am a fellow learner currently busy with my PhD. I enjoy learning about and sharing on the topics around behavioural science and decision making. I use various formats but I will likely steer clear of anything too formal as I believe that an engaged learner is going to take more in than being bored with older methods.

I like to talk and I encourage the same from the students - learning is more fun that way. SO while I have a respect and understand formal channels I think there is always place for something new and fun!
I like using story telling to get concepts and ideas across and encourage students to do the same. At the end of the day they must leave thinking about what we did in the lesson so that it doesnt even feel like learning is taking place.
I also use my coaching knowledge and experience to get learning across since coaching is about improving the quality of your thinking and isnt that what learning is about too?
Lastly I also enjoy bringing in concepts such as paradox into learning so show that sometimes there are many ways to understand something other than what we have usually been led to believe.
I look forward to students that have a similar view so that the exchange of ideas can be active, thought-provoking and...dare I say it...totally fun!
So try something new and join in - I am sure you will enjoy yourself plenty once you start.
