I have a experience of three year of training my self and 2 year experience to train other. I know what we have to put in body to make it healthier, massive or lean. I train completely with my rules. No one has the right to raise questions when I m on my job because we know at what time what is the best thing to make body perfect. I believe no one can train those people who doesn't have any goals regarding to this physical appearance and need a motivation to do so. I personally I can train any body and transform it at a level but to raise the level doctors plays a vital role on that part. But for the normal transformation coach has to be full knowledgeable to understand the need of the client body to shape it properly. I'm strictly against about taking steroids and those type of stuffs because I believe clean and neat body is the best to transform naturally. It's kinda hard thing for the first 3 weeks but when we both on the same page I think it's gonna go smoothly. For the transformation I don't think gym is only the option for it it can be also done with the diet and to participate in sports and different activities in day to day life. It's a game of a calories that it. If you take me as a coach than I definitely say you will love the company and the challenge will be on different level. Thanks.
