We will first assess where you’re currently at in your fitness journey. A video consultation will be scheduled to discuss terms and seek solutions. Whether you’re looking to lose body fat, build muscle, or seeking further progress, I will design a training and nutrition program tailored to your goals.
After designing your program and kickstarting your fitness journey, I will keep in touch regularly to assess your progress and determine whether adjustments are needed. The progress assessment will also be done through video calls, but may also be done through messages. If any adjustments are needed, I will readjust your program accordingly to further help achieve your fitness goals.
Additionally, regular lessons and fitness advice will be posted, so keep an eye out for that as it will benefit you throughout your fitness journey. This includes training tips, nutritional advice, and other informative content.
