I will tailor each session to meet the needs of the young person I’m working with. We will focus on areas they would like to develop, whilst working on any basic skills that need additional support. Together, we will build self esteem and will work together to ensure they become confident contributors in their school, class and community.

I will use the CfE as a basis for all planning and learning, ensuring that we are working to support learning that takes place in school or at home already. We can complete homework together and will develop strategies for aiding independent learning and growth.

I use a range of strategies, including various pedagogical approaches and will provide supportive resources that can be used unfriendly or to support learning in school.
