Millie Usher-Tollan

I will firstly ensure that we identify your strengths and weaknesses within the subject, and look at which revision and teaching methods work for you best. Moving forward, I will use a variety of practice exercises to help you improve on weaker areas, consistently revisiting them and consolidating what we have learnt. I have experience working with students of all ages as a Peer Mentor and Praefect, so building a positive working relationship, and creating an equal balance between explanation and consolidation, is a particular strength for me. My patience and easy explanations will ensure that all areas are both simplified and revisited as much as we need to, and together we can develop effective revision methods to achieve the best results going forward.
