I teach a mixture of vinyasa and hatha yoga, and can also provide more relaxing, yin-style classes if desired. I teach both group classes and individual sessions in person, and have a passion for teaching people individually as the progress they make is astounding and inspiring. With both my online and in person classes I endeavour to bring my students into a state of relaxed presence through yoga postures, other free forms of movement such as dance & shaking, breath work and also in the form of writing and journaling. The tools I provide are entirely customisable to your wants and needs, and we will work together to create a practice that works perfectly for each individual.
It is my aim as a teacher to help you grow as a person in all ways, to the point that eventually you won’t need my help at all. The essence of what I aim to do in my teaching is remind everyone that we are all so powerful, so capable of healing and becoming the strongest, healthiest and most content version of ourselves.
