Hi, my name's Megha and I'm currently a medical student. I have a range of knowledge in subjects including maths, biology and history, having achieved high grades in Highers and Advanced Highers at school. While in school, I have tutored some pupils in maths and biology and I am also currently involved in mentoring students applying to medicine.

I believe I would be a good tutor as I have recently finished school and so am aware of the exam techniques that are needed to achieve good grades. From experience, I know that doing past papers or exam style questions are a great way to get used to how the exam will be and so I would like to go through as many past papers questions as possible during the sessions and also in allow plenty of time for asking questions. I also believe that setting small goals of what the pupil would like to achieve after a number of sessions will allow us to stay on track. Most importantly, I would like to structure the sessions in a way which allows the pupil to direct their learning towards what they struggle with the most, whether that be answering certain questions or learning specific exam techniques.
