My name is Meaghan and I am a graduate from the University of Nottingham. I completed my undergraduate & master's degree in psychology over 4 years, achieving a first class overall. I currently work in mental health, so my lessons are usually targeted towards contextualising psychology in the real world. I prefer to have a discussion rather than lecture in my classes & get to know how you feel about psychology!

I also tutor English Literature as it is one of my favourite ever subjects! I achieved an A grade at A-level but have always had a genuine interest in literature. I think that the analytical psychological mind works well with studying texts and finding hidden meanings. At A-level I studied the Edexcel specification which covered A Streetcar Named Desire, Othello, Chaucer, Tess of the D'Urbevilles, Wuthering Heights and Poems of the Decade. While I have a good handle on these texts, the transferrable skills I have learnt from English Literature mean that I feel competent to work through other texts too, so don't be afraid to drop me a message even if you don't recognise these texts.
