Maureen Mulia

I did my Cambridge GCSE O level and A level in Singapore following the Singapore Cambridge GCSE curriculum. Since then, I have always been very passionate about learning science, Biology specifically, and second is Mathematics. With this passion and motivation, I was fortunate to be able to pursue the Biological Sciences degree at the University of Leeds and have graduated with a 2.1. Despite having multiple commitments outside of academia, I was delighted to have received and retained Faculty’s International Student Scholarship for the whole duration of my course and was honoured to be on the Dean’s list as top 5% for the overall first year result.

Lesson plan:
- Go through lesson plan at the start of the lesson and setting mini goals weekly/monthly.
- Incorporating video elements, interesting facts, fun quiz, and real-life applications.
- Reflections at the end of the lesson to summarise things that have been learnt.
