I’ve been learning with mark for 2 years now from a complete novice. His teaching style of learning to play your favourite songs and then the theory has been amazing and helps to keep you focused and interested. He’s such a talented player himself and the passion he show in teaching others gives you real confidence in your playing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

He taught me really well. We went through tonnes of different songs each lesson and covered the basics. Mark kept me going and brought me out of my shell in singing and playing infront of people. I highly recommend. Great guy and amazing at guitat and singing too!

My son when he was 9 year old took guitar lessons for just over a year with Mark. He really enjoyed the lessons as a complete beginner, and progressed really well. I was an ageing wannabe that thought it would be cool to learn to play guitar. I didn't realise how much commitment you needed to really play it well. At every hurdle when I thought I couldn't do it any more, Marks encouragement pulled me through until finally it started coming together and I was making great progress. His patience and commitment never wavered, and I am eternally grateful that he turned me into an accomplished player.

I had wanted to learn and play the Ukelele for many years and have now started to realise this dream thanks to Marks patience and understanding. Mark was recommended to me by a friend that he also helped to learn guitar so I was SO happy when he was happy to take me on too! The rest is history, I can now play many songs and Mark has even helped me with my singing to.... next stop is my first solo performance at an Open Mic late this year when I get control of the nerves, his help with this element had been priceless! Mark is not only an incredibly talented guitarist, he is a patient, intuituve and knowledgable tutor. My playing came on in leaps and bounds since seeing Mark. Highly recommend 10/10
