- Tuning: Mindfulness practice to tune with the present moment and with ourselves as we are today.
- Warm up: Articulation and examination (softly starting to move warming up joints), cardio warm up focusing on rhythm, connection, and energy boost.

- Tuning: Mindfulness practice to tune with the present moment and with ourselves as we are today.
- Warm up: Articulation and examination (softly starting to move warming up joints), cardio warm up focusing on rhythm, connection, and energy boost.
- Central Practice: Exercises targeting the specific set of muscles or energetic circles that we are working on today. Always including an element focused on fun and joy.
- Voice: Exploring with voice and sound through creativity and basic musical exercises. Getting in touch with our voice and with what we ‘have to say’.
- Harmonizing: Wellness practice targeting the specific set of muscles and energetic circles of the day through elements of yoga and meditation.
- Cooling down: Stretches and meditation to land back from the practice and re centre to get ready to continue with our life.
- Journaling (optional): I try to foster the habit of journaling as a way of keeping up with each individual process to try and connect with oneself and with our own creativity through writing.
This is a very general draft, on the first session we will discuss your objectives and desires in order to design a path towards those goals. I am open and flexible, the idea is that anyone taking this practice feels okay and happy with what we are doing.
