Teaching is definitely my vocation, I used to help my classmates in all subjects since I was in Secondary school.
As regards English, I formally started working as a teacher when I was 17 years old and with some interruptions along my life (I was a bilingual secretary, waitress, and a physical education instructor), I keep choosing this professional career since it is my calling.
I studied Spanish at University for two years because I wanted to become a translator, but I changed paths because I realize how much I love teaching. So, I finally went for it and I got my degree.
As for my skills, I have a great ability to bond with students (I think that my two years studying Psychology at University were really helpful). I'm sympathetic, responsible, hard-working and patient. I consider myself to be an extremely resourceful communicator and I have fantastic interpersonal skills.
I've worked for many different institutions in Argentina and Spain and I've had many one-to-one students (all levels, all ages and many different topics). I've had students who worked in banking, aviation, sales, law... So, along the years I have developed the ability to adapt content to the interesest of students focusing on the goals they want to achieve.
I've also worked with teens who wanted to take international exams with fantastic results.
