After we discuss your goals for learning Art and Drawing, we will tailor the lesson structure.
In general, we will start with some test pieces, in order to assess your current technique and ability.
After seeing what may be your priority areas of improvement, we will dive into lessons split into technical exercises in shading, line work, colour theory and other relevant activities, alongside choosing existing art pieces for you to do practical studies of.
In addition to improving your skills via technical studies, we will occasionally have sessions of drawing from live subjects or photographs, in order to view your progress.
However, if your goal is not technical improvement, and rather unleashing your inner freedom and creative spirit- we will limit academical and theoretical studies to only what is necessary, and instead focus on practices that allow you to experiment, channel your feelings and let go of self-judgement.
