Each lesson will be content specific and tailoured to each students own personal needs and abilities, and each session will have a beginning a middle and an end. All structures of lessons will be catered to specific subject content and the level at which the student is working towards a final achievement in assignments, examinations, coursework or general learning and information.

I specialise in working with students with additional needs too and therefore, work towards the students own pattern of preferred learning and incorporate the methods and differences that engage the student and allow for methodical and non-methodical learning and practices for engagement as well as attainment.

I use strategies and plans of observations, modeling, co-teaching (With the student - learning together), co-planning (planning together), effective feedback, effectve assessment, coaching techniques for developing within subject matter for the student and harnessing the elements already gained to pursue development in areas where there needs more focus and training.

To enhance a passion for certain subjects and subject matter, develop strategies for producing assignments recquired for better grades and understanding of how this is to be presented.

I strive to always give continuous support, communication, and collaboration, with ongoing quality professional development embedded in practice, with good data analysis, interpretation, and action, have collaborative, reflective practice and collective problem solving, produce good effective continued
relationship building, and non-judgemental conversations about instructional practices and production of educational attainment.

I will maintain and help implement proficiency-based learning, curriculum, instruction, and assessment with students for rewarding results in their learning, health and wellbeing whilst they are doing their studies and working towards their qualifications.
