I am a qualified teacher and I have been teaching for 5 years now, I have learned how to communicate with students and adults. Also how to address a situation in a respectful manner despite the age difference I treat everyone equally. I love challenges because they help me better up myself and strive to even do much more extra. How I work I usually address it as unique because I take time with student I do not rush anything, I am patient with learners because I understand that people are different in understanding and that is what most people fail to understand about learning. I highly encourage students to be always on time be it for class or for anything in their daily lives to show seriousness. Failure should not be a barrier because I also believe in second changes no one should feel less of themselves because of one mistake made, we live to perfect ourselves and to do better.
