I would like to first meet each student, and offer them questions, be it essays for GCSE and A level students, or worksheets for younger ones, to pin point their strengths and weaknesses, I would then like to understand from both the student and the parent why they are choosing to start tutoring their child and offer them a free lesson to begin with to evaluate what learning style works best for them. I would then tailor my classes to the hat works for them, be it ordinary teaching, or repetitive tasks. I would then evaluate the student every two weeks to see how their progress continues.
I have 2 younger siblings who I have tutored for years and continue to do so. I also have plenty of experience with tutoring students in a range of subjects; English, Maths, Biology, and Chemistry being my strength points.
I’ve also don’t conversational tutoring for students who are newly in the UK, looking to better their verbal skills; be it adults or children.
I received high grades back in school and have high confidence in my teaching abilities and believe every student is capable of great results and increasing their confidence in their skills, knowledge, and abilities.
