Namaste my name is Lucy and I would be honoured to guide you on your yoga journey. Find strength balance and flexibility not only of the body but also of the mind. Take time out of a busy schedule to find time to heal the mind and body in the practise of yoga. I will guide you on a journey of an hour session to explore the self. Sessions are tailored to individual needs of my students depending your goals, but generally my layout is the same: We begin with a grounding exercise to relax into the class then we cover a breathing exercise followed by a warm up, sun salutations then a mix of standing, seated, prone and supine yoga asanas also known as poses. I will also include a challenging pose if the student wishes to work on any arm balances or inversions such as headstands. Then we take a warm down and final relaxation in savasana usually I give a yoga nidra guided relaxation with a singing bowl for deeper relaxation. I have 5 star reviews on google and have had a diverse range of students from children to beginners from students who want to loose weight to students who want assistance with sleep and stress reduction. I qualified in 2012 Hatha Yoga in Ecuador and continued to teach around the world I then went to India in 2019 to study Ashtanga Yoga and Sound Healing I am also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga in 2020.
