About me

I am a qualified Life Coach; I have been coaching for 11 years. I have also worked with Apprentices and young people for 16 years.


The coaching sessions will last 1 hour. We will have a discussion about your wants and needs, and set targets.

We will self reflect, set achievable goals, which will lead to end goals. I will encourage critical thinking, discuss issues, failures, missed deadlines...
