I do all of my sessions online over Microsoft Teams; I like my students to send me areas of struggle ahead of time and then i can create a session tailor made for their benefit. I do this by find questions and lines of conversation that i find interesting and hopefully a student will as well. I believe thoroughly that if context is provided for Maths or Physics lessons students are much more willing to learn as they understand the importance of what theyre learning; for example saying that learning percentages are for an exam is beneficial to no one, but if you explain where in everyday life they are used then a student is far more willing to engage with the material presented in the lesson. I go all out to make sure all of my lessons are tailored for my students personal needs whether they are a visual or auditory learner i feel as though i can adapt well and provide a calm and effective work environment.
