I have 11 years of English teaching at Junior Secondary School level and I have managed to produce appealing results.The following qualities assisted me in doing my job with deligence: hardworking,enthusiastic,adaptive caring, helpful, problem solved and time management.I put my learners first and allow them to dictate how I should handle my lesson (lecture or any learner centered method).I enjoy engaging them more by use of various methods of learning like question and answer, pairwork,class discussions, individual activities, lecture and many others.The lessons I offer are dependent on individual learning needs i.e One can choose the skill they are interested in acquiring or developing . Examples of the skills:reading, writing,listening , speaking, poetry, creative writing etc.
