My classes are flexible , everyone is given a chance to comment nor ask some questions where they do not understand. I teach and give class work on the following lesson, this is to make sure that my students pay a full attention in class and go recap on that on their own time after a lesson ends. The format used is very formal.. notes are given to help students read on their own.After the end of each and every topic, I give my students a test to check if they really understand before moving on to the new topic. Milestone/syllabus is given to the students to help them know about the next lesson.My students are given an opportunity to provide student feedback to know where as their tutor I can improve and to know if the materials they are given are helpful. One on one sessions are provided after each formal class if my students need further clarification.

In my previous experience, everything was going perfectly and my students would get above 80% and that motivated to make sure that track is maintained. In my experience, students were really impressed with the way I taught them and receiving student feedback from them really helped because they came up with other suggestions that added to the betterment of their results.
