Hi! My name is Leo, I’m currently a student in The British Institute of Modern Music in Brighton, studying an undergraduate degree in Electronic Music production. I received an A in Music Technology A-Level. In my lessons, I will comprehensively teach you how to create professional sounding music of any genre, I will walk you through the steps of recording, arranging, mixing, mastering and releasing your music. I am fluent in FL studio, Logic Pro X and GarageBand. In my career I have received multiple record deals and radio plays. I have been producing music and DJing since I was 13. I have experience in teaching music in a summer school program. In our first few lessons I will gauge your skill level and provide advice on any music that you have made so far. If you are a compete beginner I will help you become familiar with your software of choice and teach you the bare basics. I will then teach you the basics of synthesis and using different synthesisers to create sounds. I will then teach you how to ensure the volumes of all your sounds are cohesive and the basics of EQ’ing. Penultimately, I will teach you how to master your songs to ensure that they are at a radio level quality and can be sent to record labels if you wish. Finally I will also help you with how to release your music, giving advice on how to approach labels and also content creation that promotes your music.
