Leila Jahangiri

I have lectured/marked remotely for Nottingham Trent University since February 2019 (this period also contains a short gap when I lectured at BCU). Since September 2021, I have been supervising students at Murray Edwards College in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (BMB), Biology of Cells (BoC) and Molecules in Medical Sciences (MIMS) papers for natural sciences tripos (NST) and medical and veterinary sciences tripos (Med/VetST) as a member of the fellowship at Murray Edwards College. My core teaching motto has always been centred around students, heavily emphasising evidence-based teaching by supplementing the teaching material with the latest peer-reviewed articles. I mentored students by providing guidance, overseeing student welfare, and pastoral support and have provided references. I take part in outreach and student recruitment at Murray Edwards College.
