I use a variation of different ways to teach, I will show you notation, we will listen to songs, and I will take you through harmony to an advanced level and you will be able to write songs! We will also talk about instrumentation and song arrangements, on the basics of recording as well. We will use the instrument of your choice, it could be your guitar, piano, voice or anything that you play which we will look at to help you understand music at a higher level. We will use examples in history, such as old songs and music to explain how these have been written, and why they work. We will use your favourite genres and some others that you may not be familiar with to help you understand music better. We will start at whatever level you are comfortable with and intend to improve with every lesson.
