Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m 25 years old from Chesterfield, Derbyshire. I’ve just completed my MA in interdisciplinary psychology and I’m planning on starting my PhD in Leeds next year in the same subject.

I’m new to official tutoring, though I have a younger sister who I’ve helped through GCSEs, A Levels, and university. I am eager to embark on this new and exciting learning journey with likeminded students coming r psychology (GCSE and A Level). I am extremely patient, approachable, open-minded, easy-going, and passionate about helping others.

My specific areas of expertise involve Freudian psychoanalysis and feminist studies (namely, psychoanalytic feminism). Additionally, I am sufficiently knowledgeable in the areas of exceptional human experiences, mystical experiences, and phenomenal experiences (NDEs, OBEs). Despite this, I also studied psychology at A Level, therefore I am similarly knowledgable in general psychology and have a good understanding of the syllabus.
