My approach to tutoring and working with students: Completely student centred and focused. Holistic teaching encompassing learning obstacles, revision strategies, mental health and concentration difficulties. I champion and coach students who find college difficult and are not sure what they want to do going forward.

I have worked for Outstanding Colleges in both Hampshire and Cornwall, I have been lecturing for over 10 years. I also work for Tutor2u as a Psychology Contributor including hosting the famous "Grade Booster" lectures to 1000's of students across the UK. Hosting and lecturing the Stronger Foundations course to 100's of students across the UK. I devise teacher and student resources for online use and in classroom use. Teach centres online that are without a Psychology lecturer.

On top of this I am an Examiner for Psychology A-Levels – Marking Paper 2 + Paper 3.

I have been Private Tutoring for around 10 years now with students mainly online through my own online classroom platform and live ‘whiteboard’ work as well as using ‘live’ documents for tracking and marking work.

2013 – 2021 Peter Symonds 6th Form College (Outstanding) – Psychology lecturer full time including 9 classes of 24 students a week.

2021 – 2022 – Truro & Penwith College (Outstanding)- Psychology lecturer part time including 2 classes a week.

2019 – Current. Tutor2u Psychology Contributor including hosting Grade Booster lectures to 500 students across the UK in a single event.
