Lesson Format: Sessions are typically structured in three parts:
Check-In and Goal Setting: We’ll discuss your recent progress, any obstacles, and refine your short- and long-term goals.
Focused Skill Building: Here, we dive into specific skills or strategies—like resilience training, performance mindset, stress management, or structured goal setting—that align with your goals and help build the discipline to keep moving forward.
Reflection and Next Steps: We’ll wrap up with reflection exercises and set practical action points for you to implement between sessions. This keeps momentum going and ensures steady progress.
Content and Dynamics: My approach integrates real-world techniques from strength and conditioning with holistic coaching.
