That is why I take a holistic approach to yoga where we focus on mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

I had the privilege to train to become a yoga teacher in Bali. It is here where I learnt the authentic roots of yoga and it is my mission to spread these teachings and practices in an accessible and fun way so that everybody can reap the benefits.

I have a number of years of teaching experience both online and in person starting out as an online English teacher and then going on to work in schools, wellness centres and within the local community. Along with my degree in English Language and Communication, my education and experience allows me to teach in the most simple and clear way that students can actually understand and relate to.

Yoga is a deeply personal practice therefore every class will look a little different depending on your needs. I like to get to know my students and discuss what it is they are truly looking for so I can tailor my classes to have the most impact and benefit for them.

Although yoga falls under an umbrella term it incorporates many aspects including physical postures (asana) for strength, flexibility, mobility and fitness as well as breathwork (pranayama), meditation, philosophy and self reflection.

Yoga truly is for everyone no matter your age, ability or experience. Whatever it is your looking for, we can find the solution through personalised, thoughtful and engaging yoga classes together.
