I have experience teaching my class mates in my alevel, by using real world examples to help them understand, I also use presentations to help illustrate what I'm talking about. Also, I like to give my own examples that are personalised to the person I'm teaching. When teaching I tend to start off asking what you need help with and then showing a presentation to help give you the basics of what you need support with and then give you some work examples with my support to help gain confidence. Before teaching, I like to ask how you prefer to be taught and then use those methods to teach as I'd prefer to teach in a more familiar way for the student in question.
