Hi there, my name is Kevin and I am a Statistics student at UCL. I have great interpersonal skills and am confident in my ability to create an atmosphere where my students will be motivated to learn and make progress.

My lessons will be tailored to the individual needs of each student. We will focus on identifying the students strengths, weaknesses and academic goals in the first lesson. This will allow me to plan future lessons using a combination of worked examples, instructional videos, worksheets and past papers to ensure good results for my tutees. My revision techniques helped me achieved 9 level 9s/A*s in my GCSEs and further success in A levels.

I am able to teach the following subjects: Maths, Physics and verbal/non-verbal reasoning. I can teach children from age 8 (year 4 or Key Stage 2) through to age 16 (year 11 or GCSE), as well as A level Mathematics.

I have 2 years experience as a teaching assistant at Ricards Lodge High School teaching GCSE Maths to children between 14 and 16 years old where I believe I have developed the applicable skills required. I also have over a year of experience as a private tutor, with a handful of students ranging across the subjects and age range that I offer.

I am very flexible with timings and am happy to work weekdays, weekends and evenings. My preferred method of teaching is online tuition using Zoom, although in person lessons can also be arranged.
