About me

I graduated from the University of Bath where I studied Sport Performance alongside training 16+ hours/ week as a competitive swimmer. After graduating, I became a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching over 10 different classes a week, including aqua aerobics, LBT, bodysculpt, pilates, spin, body stretch, boxercise, HIIT, MetCon, Core conditioning, TRX, Vibrotherapy, swimming technique...

After graduating, I became a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching over 10 different classes a week, including aqua aerobics, LBT, bodysculpt, pilates, spin, body stretch, boxercise, HIIT, MetCon, Core conditioning, TRX, Vibrotherapy, swimming technique improvement and many more!

My sessions are completely tailored to your needs. Whatever your abilities levels, I aim to help you improve your skills and help you to reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be! I start off every session by talking about what your current fitness levels are like, what your fitness goals are, if you have any medical conditions or injuries, followed by a quick BMI test (which is optional). After this, I will conduct a movement analysis screening where we will go through a series of movements to identify any postural issues, muscle weaknesses, muscle tightnesses or general causes for concern. Once the movement screen is complete, I will able to tailor sessions to your needs and goals! This movement screen allows me to see if there are any moves that I should not program for you, equally, if there are any specific movements that will help you to improve any issues that we may have identified.
