I have an undergraduate degree, masters degree and am currently undergoing a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. I've worked as an Assistant Psychologist, Project worker and am now a Trainee Psychologist.

My goal is to meet students where they are at. I'm happy to teach in an informal way whereby we would discuss topics of interest and I will try to increase your ability to think critically about psychology. I can also do more informative sessions which may include doing a presentation and develop your foundational knowledge of psychology. I can recommend various psychology books to support individuals with there learning.

I'm specifically interested in Clinical Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Forensic Psychology and Social Psychology. I think it is important to make teaching psychology applied so I will try bring my clinical experience into the sessions to make it feel more relevant (while maintaining confidentiality). My views are my own, but I try to look at the developments and issues in psychology and how it affects people at an individual and systems level.

As an early career psychologist myself, I am a big advocate for sharing learning and supporting those who are pursuing clinical psychology as a career. I am happy to discuss this with students who are considering this as a profession and want to know more about what it means to be a psychologist in clinical practice.
