I am experienced and passionate about fitness with a strong academic and professional background in Sport, Physical Activity, and Mental Health. With a Master's degree in the subject, alongside a BA (Hons) in Special Educational Needs and Physical Education, I bring a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application to my tutoring. I can support learners at GCSE, A-level, BTEC, and degree level with a personalised and empathetic approach, underpinned by over 15 years of experience in fitness, coaching, and youth development roles.
My background includes delivering fitness and rehabilitation programmes in secure environments, managing community wellbeing initiatives, and working closely with individuals facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This has given me a deep understanding of how to adapt teaching to suit different learning needs, including neurodivergent students such as those with ADHD and autism—insights I bring both professionally and personally.
