My lessons will require customization to the individual's style of learning and grade/age level they are. This example pertains to Early Modern Europe for High School and Undergraduate levels. Early modern European history spans from the start of the 15th century, through the Age of Enlightenment in the 17th and 18th centuries, until the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the late 18th century.
Each week is divided into module topics and assignments over an 8 week term. Each week will have a rubric and outline reading assignments, discussion posts, and steps building on a final research project. The discussion posts will follow a rubric to ensure key points in reading is met. On occasion a quiz will be administered as well. Daily updates by video, voice, or email will be determined based on student level of learning. Research is the key to any history course and I will teach you how to identify a scholarly source on websites, books, periodicals, and newspapers.
Each week will build on writing a polished scholarly research paper. All history papers must adhere to Turabian format and citation.
I will include links to reading material, libraries, timelines, activities, PowerPoints, maps, videos, and any other helpful tips and guides customized to each students learning needs and abilities.

I will be available 7 days a week, and all assignments will be due weekly by Friday. I will respond to all correspondence daily. I am very flexible if special accommodations are needed particularly for students with ADHD and other learning impairments.
