I incorporate traditional techniques such as resistance training, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises to build strength and increase muscle tone. They may also incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. Additionally, i often incorporate functional training, balance and stability exercises, and flexibility routines to enhance overall functional fitness.
