All of these timings are very flexible depending on your individual needs changing day to day / week to week. I can leave you with prompts, drills to work on, and ideas to think about between classes, or if you simply want some dedicated time to de-stress every week I can personalise the session for you.
I am an advanced practitioner myself and completed my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, where I learnt traditional and authentic teachings. My style is to merge that with more modern approaches while honouring yoga's roots. For asana (postures), I mainly teach Vinyasa or Hatha style, but was trained in Ashtanga also.
